International students who want to come to HiTech Institute should follow the procedure outlined below:

• Obtain our HiTech Institute International Student Prospectus and Application Form.

• Complete the form. Please enclose certified photocopies of your mark sheets and/or degree documents, and a certified photocopy of your passport. If these certificates are in any language other than English, you will need to add certified translations.
• Enclose atleast of 2 letters of your references who think that you have the work ethics, intellectual ability and motivation to successfully complete the program of your choice. You can send references from a teacher, principal or any other person who knows you well (Other than a direct relative).
• Fill out the financial questionnaire and satisfy us that you have necessary funds available for educational costs as well as your living expenses for the duration of your studies. If you have a sponsor in Canada then provide us with the letter of sponsorship sponsor.
• Pay us an Initial Overseas Student Application processing fees of $250 Application Processing fees are non-refundable. Payment of $10,000 made for the course will be refunded if your Student Authorization or Visa is not approved or is rejected for which you will have to send us an evidence of such rejection. No refund requests will be entertained once the student lands in Canada on a student visa issued against our Letter of Acceptance.
• Once we have all the aforementioned certificates, forms, reference letters, supporting documents and the fees mentioned above, we will process your application. If we are convinced about your competence in completing the selected course, we would send you an official "Letter of Acceptance" and the receipt for the amount received. We encourage you to pay 100% of your tuition, material and certification fees at this time to help convince the Visa authorities of your financial strength, and the seriousness of your intention to pursue quality IT education at HiTech Institute.
• With the Letter of Acceptance, Passport, the receipt and other necessary documents you have to apply to the Canadian Diplomatic mission for Student Authorization or Visa to Canada. This will be the your responsibility. The visa process may take several weeks or even months.
• Try to make your travel arrangement so that you may land in Canada 7 to 14 days before the classes start so that you can choose your permanent accommodation, get health insurance, buy computer, furniture, utensils, etc, get used to local transportation, and acclimatize to the time zone difference.
